Letters of Intent

Letters of Intent are required for:
     1.  Any Pony Club Member attempting a National Certification.
     2.  Any Pony Club Member attempting to qualify for National Championships.

Any Pony Club member hoping to qualify for Championships should complete and return the Intent to Qualify Form.

Chaperone Forms

Anyone interested in serving as a chaperone at a Rocky Mountain Region rally or at National Championships should complete the USPC Chaperone Form, available here.
